Glee, Season 2 Episode 1 "Auditions"

Three new people join the Glee cast. Sunshine - the singing love child of Rachel and Mercedes. Sam - the new (and much improved) Finn. And Beiste - pronounced "beast" - the new female football coach, way rough around the edges, but with a sympathetic twist.

So what did you think? Which songs did you love? Which one had too much rapping and not enough singing? Is Sunshine the best singer of them all or does Rachel still rule the roost? And lastly, why couldn't they have casted Chord Overstreet as Finn last year? Think of all the Journey songs that would have benefited!!

    Aww, don't hate on Finn! Chord Overstreet can sing better, but his Angelina Jolie lips prove that those things only look good on Angelina Jolie =P Like "Empire State of Mind" and "Billionaire," not so much "What I Did for Love." Great ep in general, excited for the season!

    I'm still hard-core glee but is anyone else starting to get slightly bothered by Rachel's over-dramatic singing face? I know you're awesome but that I-squint-my-eyes-for-every-high-note thing is getting annoying.
